Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we have created this notice explain our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way information is collected and used.

The information we collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Camp Watcha Wanna- Do website. On some pages you can download applications for possible employment as a counselor, to volunteer or register for camp. You then must mail or submit the application online. The type of personal information we collect is name, address, phone number, email address, and age but it first must be submitted by you because of your interest in being contacted.

The way we use information:
We use the information you provide about yourself to contact you. We do not share this information with outside parties to any extent. We only will contact you after an application or an inquiry has been received.

We use return emails to address emails we receive. Email Addresses and home addresses provided by you are only used to contact you about camp activities if you end up attending camp and are not shared with outside parties. We also provide you with the opportunity to stop receiving emails about camp events if you are no longer interested by simply asking to opt out. If you are not interested in continuing the process of being a volunteer, counselor or camper, we shred any information collected immediately unless you ask that we consider you at a later date.

Finally we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online through submissions in ways unrelated to the ones described above. If you attend camp, volunteer or are employed items are kept on file for 1-3 years and then shredded. If there is sensitive data such as a social security number it is blacked out on filed information.
